Porsche launches 2 special models from PORSCHE EXCLUSIVE MANUFAKTUR along with more than 12 sports cars at the 44th Bangkok International Motor Show 2023.

• Two exclusive Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur models were introduced for the first time in Thailand along with the legendary Porsche 911.

• The event features the one-of-a-kind special models. The elegant Paint-to-Sample body color represents the seven colors of the day in Thailand.

At the 44th Bangkok International Motor Show in 2023, Porsche Thailand by AAS Group introduced two models from the legendary Porsche 911 series at once with stunning works of artwork from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. The Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition, a vehicle that celebrates Porsche’s 30th anniversary in Thailand by reflecting the meaning of vibrant colors and the amazing Thai culture, is one of the outstanding models on display. The Porsche 911 Sport Classic, the gold standard of sports vehicles, is another possibility. It features an elegant design, a manual transmission system, and an engine with more than 550 horsepower.

The 718 Boxster Spyder and the 911 Turbo S stand out with another 12 sports cars.

These two sports cars are the true stars of the lineup including the 12 other Porsche vehicles which are the Porsche 718 Boxster Spyder, Porsche 911 Turbo S, and Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupé Platinum Edition. They are now exhibited at the 44th Bangkok International Motor Show 2023, which will be held from March 22, 2023 to April 2, 2023 at Challenger Hall 1-3, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. The event is open for visitors from 12.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m. on weekdays and from 11.00 a.m. to 22.00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

A variety of vibrant colors on the car
Since the beginning of 2023, Porsche Thailand has focused on the color and the greatness that exists in Thai culture with the theme “Dreams in Colors” as part of Porsche’s 30th anniversary celebrations in Thailand.

Today, Porsche would like to take the opportunity to announce through the launch of the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition to the world. A sports car made by the master craftsmen of Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. The order of 911 Carrera GTS manufacture, the seven iconic Porsche Paint-to-Sample, is limited to 30 units only.

As limited-edition sports cars, they were painted in seven colors: Signal Yellow for Monday, Rubystar for Tuesday, Signal Green for Wednesday, Pastel Orange for Thursday, Riviera Blue for Friday, Ultra Violet for Saturday, and Fire Red for Sunday.

The Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition is still packed with a full range of exterior accessories including a sporty front bumper with gloss black color components around the car, and the “30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition” emblem with three special colors: red, white, and blue according to the colors of the Thailand national flag.

Furthermore, the interior cabin is also decorated in a unique style. The exterior body color stamped the 30th anniversary symbol on both sides of the front seat headrest. The Pebble Gray trim seat with the cross-stitching style makes it more outstanding than the rest.

The vehicle on display at the event is painted in seven different body colors. It took a team of professional painters from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur a month to hand-paint it.

The Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition is a special sports car that displays the finest works of art on its exterior and interior. It also gives audiences the opportunity to experience all seven colors of the car from the same vehicle.

Porsche 911 Sport Classic: Let’s go back in time

In addition to the launch of the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS – 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition from Porsche Thailand, we also brought other Porsches to the exhibition as a special project from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. The 911 Sport Classic exterior is inspired by the original Porsche 911 and the legendary sports car 911 Carrera RS 27. The 911 Sport Classic is limited to 1,250 units only.

A wide bodywork is generally reserved only for the 911 Turbo. A fixed ‘ducktail’ rear spoiler is the unique style of The Carrera RS 2.7. The double-bubble glass roof indicates the timeless shape of the Porsche 911 Sport Classic.

A distinctive Pepita pattern can be found at the door panels and center of the seats in the interior design. The exterior color scheme is perfectly matched to the interior’s two-tone semi-aniline leather covering in the Classic Cognac shades of black and brown.

Moreover, it also has a unique drivetrain concept: a 3.7-liter six-cylinder non twin turbo engine producing up to 550 hp (405 kW) on the rear wheels with a seven-speed manual transmission. The new Porsche 911 Sport Classic has the most powerful manual transmission.

Not only the 911 Carrera GTS Thailand Edition and 911 Sport Classic presented as special editions of Porsche Thailand’s 30th anniversary celebrations, but they also represent the master craftsmanship of Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, which is the 60th anniversary of the Porsche 911 sports car as well.
